Enter to win two capybara encounters when you submit the perfect name for the newest members of the Global Wildlife family: our two new baby 🍼 boy capybaras. They join their sister, named “Babs” in honor of a very special lifetime member and our CEO/Owner’s grandmother, Barbara Hawkins Tomlin, to create a big happy capy family!
Global Wildlife is so excited to welcome three capybara pups to the Center! They were born on November 11th to first-time parents, Tot and Bruno. These three new pups were up and exploring soon after they were born, with their eyes and ears wide open. While they will be nursing on mom, Tot, for the next four months, they are already exploring their environment and nibbling away with their large incisor teeth. Capybara pups are very precocious – they are born very well- developed and ready to run, swim, chew, and chatter just like their parents! Come experience our capybara family in a Capybara Creativity encounter where you can enter their habitat, feed the family a treat and take home a piece of original art – created by you and the capybaras!
