Global Wildlife Center is hiring a Welcome Office Reservationist to join our team at one of the nation’s largest free-roaming animal preserves. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with guests in a fast-paced, customer service environment.
Welcome Office Reservationists manage reservations for tours, group bookings, and general inquiries, while communicating with guests across phone, email, and messaging platforms. This position requires maintaining accurate booking information, providing clear and timely responses, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting daily front office operations.
We’re looking for strong communicators with excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Prior experience in customer service, reservations, front desk operations, or administrative support is preferred.

Tour Guide – Global Wildlife Center
Global Wildlife Center is hiring enthusiastic Tour Guides to join our team at one of the nation’s largest free-roaming animal preserves. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, engaging with the public, and providing memorable guest experiences in a dynamic environment.
Tour Guides lead educational and entertaining tours, interact with guests through storytelling and public speaking, ensure guest safety and satisfaction, and assist with daily operations. The position is physically demanding and requires working outdoors in all weather conditions.
We’re looking for friendly, confident communicators with strong customer service skills, good time management, and the ability to lead groups effectively. Prior experience in tours, hospitality, education, or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Global Wildlife Center is seeking friendly, dependable Customer Service/Sales Associates to join our Box Office and Gift Shop team at one of the nation’s largest free-roaming animal preserves. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with people, handling transactions, and supporting a positive guest experience.
Associates provide welcoming customer service, assist with ticket and retail sales, maintain product knowledge, help manage inventory, and keep retail areas clean and organized. The position requires the ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
We’re looking for candidates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, solid time management, and a customer-first mindset. Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
