Global Wildlife makes every effort to accommodate service dogs within the guidelines set forth through the ADA. We are happy to allow your service dog to remain on Visitor Center grounds only, and the dog must be leased at all times with no exceptions for the safety of your animal and ours. Under no circumstance may your service dog be outside of a vehicle on the grounds unless at the Visitor’s Center.

Please note your service dog will NOT be allowed to tour with you. This poses a threat to our animals’ safety as well as yours. Our animals perceive the smells and sight of your animal as being a predator and this poses a great risk to everyone involved.

Please see the ADA Guidelines for more information. https://www.ada.gov/regs2010/service_animal_qa.html

“Q26: At a zoo, service animals can be restricted from areas where the animals on display are the natural prey or natural predators of dogs, where the presence of a dog would be disruptive, causing the displayed animals to behave aggressively or become agitated. They cannot be restricted from other areas of the zoo.”

Apply in person at Global Wildlife Center M-F from 9-4. We are always accepting applications.

We accept Cash, Check, and/or Credit Card.

As long as the tour is not sold out, you will not miss the tour if you are only running a few minutes past the check in time. The tour check in time is designed to allow time between check in and the actual boarding time.

The tour departure time is always scheduled to leave approximately 30 minutes after the listed check in time. This allows time for the check in process, seating of guest, and the passing out of animal feed.

You will need to purchase boarding passes for the next available tour. All tours are on a specific time schedule and cannot be held back.

The Safari Wagon Tours are handicap accessible according to ADA guidelines.
